Refund Policy

PerfectCho accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for eligible physical products purchased from perfectcho.com.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused or in like-new condition.
- The item must include original accessories, manuals, packaging, and order information.
- Returns must be requested by emailing support@perfectcho.com before sending the item back.
Non-returnable items
- Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, liquids, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Gift cards, downloadable files, and final-sale items where clearly marked before purchase.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.
UK withdrawal right
Customers in the United Kingdom may have a 14-day right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases. This right may not apply to items that have been used beyond inspection or to sealed items that cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons after opening.
Warranty
PerfectCho provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover compatibility issues that were disclosed before purchase, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
