Where we ship

We ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery

• United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• United Kingdom: 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.
• Remote locations, customs inspections, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to the email address used at checkout.

Customs, taxes, and duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes charged by their country unless these costs are clearly included at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages
